1. All prices are in Canadian dollars.
2. $10.00 CDN fixed shipping rate for orders within Canada. $10.00 CDN for US orders will be added. $20.00 CDN for International orders will be added.
3. Payment methods include; Visa, Mastercard, Cheque in Canadian funds drawn on a Canadian Bank or Postal Money Order in Canadian Funds.
4. Payment via cheque or moneyorder payable to Peak Sportswear
5. All orders will be shipped upon receipt of payment.
6. C.O.D. orders and other credit cards are not accepted.
7. Orders shipped outside Canada may be charged duty and taxes at destination.
8. Provincial Sales Tax (PST 8%) on orders shipped within Ontario will be added.
9. Federal Sales Tax (GST 5%) on orders shipped within Canada will be added.

A return should have never been worn or washed except if a defect in the construction of the garment has occurred. A problem after wearing or washing will be dealt with on an individual basis.

To return a product:

• Call 613.238.8581 or email returns@peaksportswear.ca to acquire a Return Authorization Number
• You will be asked to provide a reason for the return (i.e. wrong size)
• Once we receive the return item we will send out the replacement
• Time is the Factor:
  • return requests received within 7 days of purchase can be exchanged or refunded
  • after 7 days we will exchange or credit for the next order
